Growth in Nature: A Lesson from the Forests of the Bōsō Peninsula
In my hometown on the Bōsō Peninsula, May is a time of breathtaking renewal. The mountains come alive with countless shades of green, layered together in a living tapestry. You can almost feel the forests breathing — expanding quietly, yet with unstoppable energy.

What Forests Teach Us About Growth and Resilience
Growth in nature isn’t rushed. The forest doesn’t compete or compare; each tree simply reaches upward, steadily, patiently, trusting its own rhythm. This process reflects the essence of growth and resilience, as each tree strengthens over time, transforming the landscape.
I find this a powerful reminder — in business, in teams, and in personal journeys. Not every step forward needs to be dramatic or immediately visible.
Strength is built through consistency, resilience, and unseen effort, much like roots weaving deep into the earth.
A Golden Week Wish: Growing at Your Own Pace
As we move through this beautiful season, may we also allow ourselves — and those around us — the space to grow at our own pace.
Wishing everyone (in Japan) a refreshing Golden Week!
